Monica has been in the healthcare industry for twenty plus years, she began her career going to nursing school. She received her CNA license and quickly began working in a nursing home just outside of her hometown for a few years, after that she did home health around the surrounding area. Monica then began to work in a privately owned Primary Care clinic where she quickly advanced in her career and became a supervisor of that clinic. Shortly after advancing a local health system took over that clinic and then several clinics later, Monica lead several clinics in her supervisor role, she then a few years after that held Director Leadership role for those Rural Health Clinics, needless to say she kept very busy in her healthcare leadership career.

Since she was young, she has wanted to help people in a variety of ways. She is a natural leader, giver and provider. As her career advanced, she decided to go back to school to become an esthetician as she finds helping people with their aesthetic concerns very satisfying and on a lighter note as this has been her passion all along.  After becoming an esthetician in Colorado, she has been enjoying taking advanced courses to provide advanced treatments.

When she is not seeing clients or working in the healthcare industry, you will most likely find her with her family enjoying Colorado and all that the outdoors have to offer.
